This service includes:

  • An initial meeting with property owners and real estate agent (30 minutes)
  • A walk through audit to gain a full understanding of your property (inside and outside) so we can provide you the best styling advice, tips and hints to maximise its appeal to your potential buyers
  • An audit report covering every room/space of your property that will provide you with a common sense project plan which will recommend the steps you can take to get your home ready for sale. This will become your ‘prepare for sale’ checklist.

De-Clutter, Re-arrange and Style

From $250+gst

$250 Half Day (up to 4 hrs) / $500 Full Day (up to 8 hrs)

After the property audit and report has been completed, this service is for properties that require a general tidy up, some de-cluttering, re-arrangement of existing furnishings and styling to be ready for sale.

*Price does not include the cost to store personal possessions, storage items such as boxes/containers, hiring/purchase of additional items for styling. Additional hours (after eight hours) charged at $50+GST.

Cleaning

Full Styling Service

Home staging

Following the property audit and report we can provide a full styling service (sometimes known as home staging) to prepare your property for sale, which will work to your budget. With our styling service we will provide advice on and access to furniture and decor items to hire/purchase where required, while styling your home to resonate with the dream buyers for your property.

*Price includes installation and styling of furnishings and decor items required throughout the property (up to 12 hours). It does not include the cost to hire/purchase required furnishings and/or decor items, the storage of personal possessions, storage items such as boxes/containers or any trades required to carry out recommended works. Additional hours (after 12 hours) charged at $50+GST.

Open for Inspection Preparation

Need help to make all of those last minute touches that could add valuable dollars to the final purchase price?

Before your property has it’s open for inspection days we can come in and provide an objective eye and a keen attention to detail, that will make your property leave a lasting impression on your prospective buyers.

From smoothing out the beds, lighting candles, plumping your cushions, tidying the bookcases, straightening your art, packing away the kids toys and making sure the flowers are fresh, we will put the finishing touches in place for you!

*Price includes up to two hours styling of your home. It does not include the cost of cleaning services or the hire/purchase of recommended furnishing/decor items. Additional hours (after two hours) charged at $50+GST.
