Originally a commercial nursery, the design brief for this renovation and extension involved converting the existing building on the site to a residential dwelling, while adding a weatherboard, cottage style façade and outdoor entertaining area.
The finished product is a three bedroom, two bathroom home, with open plan kitchen, living and dining area facing out to a north facing deck. The façade includes a new double garage with a high pitched roof line, the entry complete with a timber verandah and the home’s third bedroom.
