Located in Timor Street this holiday apartment complex comprises of five apartments (2 x 1 bedroom, 2 x 2 bedrooms and 1 x 3 bedrooms) as well as an office/reception area and separate commercial-grade laundry facilities.
The design brief for this project included working to a heritage overlay on the site, which saw a traditional design adopted to complement the existing neighbourhood character, while the interiors possess the contemporary features expected for today’s lifestyle. One of the apartments was also designed to be accessible for all making it a suitable for all abilities and visitors who are receiving treatment at South West Healthcare or the Epworth Cancer Care Centre across the road.
