This renovation project in central Warrnambool, saw us bring an early 20th century home back to its original glory by reinstating and highlighting its striking period characteristics, while providing a modern rear addition to the home, that is clearly defined from the original sandstone structure.
Its design features include North facing highlight windows to ensure access to plenty of natural light for the kitchen, dining and living areas, exposed sandstone in the master bedroom and living area to add warmth and texture to the home’s interior and a functional and modern kitchen that leads out to the North facing rear yard.
The yard incorporates a contemporary split level and spacious undercover alfresco and pool area, that is complemented with a functional double garage and private studio space.
