A double storey new build with panoramic views of Port Fairy’s South Beach, this contemporary design incorporated a mix of exterior materials to create a textural façade, with large scale windows to capture the sites uninterrupted ocean views from the first floor kitchen, living and dining area.
The textural aspect of the project was also carried into the interiors of the home with concrete tilt panels featured in the living area, timber cabinetry in the kitchen and bathrooms, polished concrete featuring on the ground floor and a feature timber wall in the master bedroom.
To make the most of indoor/outdoor living that every home owner loves a large East facing balcony is tucked in behind the South facing living area to block those harsh South westerly winds, creating a desired, user friendly outdoor entertaining area.
