Designing Spaces has been contracted to design a number of dwellings within the Mill Estate which has seen the old woollen mill in South Warrnambool transformed into a modern and contemporary residential community. Including a mix of apartments, single storey and two storey homes, our designs have ulitised the existing woollen mill buildings with smart layouts, while maximising natural light, solar efficiencies and scenic views of the Merri River and surrounding parklands.
