This renovation design brief saw us tackle a heritage cottage on a small lot which included several site constraints and heritage controls. Featuring lightweight building materials the two storey cottage was given a new ground floor kitchen as well as a new master bedroom/ensuite/walk in robe and living spaces on the first floor.
